Iatrogenic mandible fracture is a rare complication of tooth extraction with an incidence between 0.0033–0.0034%. This study retrospectively analyzes total 8 patients who underwent lower molar associated during removal in the period from April 2006 to March 2019. The assessed parameters were age and sex patients, method extraction, side distribution fracture, type extracted tooth, position third molar, presence bone pathological lesion formed connection displacement fragments, sensory impairment innervation area mental nerve. impaction molars evaluated according Pell Gregory’s classification Winter’s classification. One was left-sided, 7 fractures right-sided. In 6 cases, elevator used. treated surgically by performing stable osteosynthesis plates screws. patient conservatively. work causes iatrogenic provides recommendations reduce risk their occurrence.
